Nightmare Scenario: The Mario Movie 2 will have references to SuperMarioLogan and a dream sequence featuring Bowsette. And more references to the Mario fandom lke a Psycho Waluigi reference and some allusions to Game Theory videos.

i never thought i'd live to see a movie about the communist coup of the mushroom kingdom in which the toads rose up against the monarchy and publically executed princess peach (funny game theory reference)

A lot of the X-Men movies were forgettable but it says a lot that they made an entire New Mutants movie and I’ve never seen a single person talking about it, I’ve at least seen people laugh about Apocalypse or Dark Phoenix or something

The one thing I know about the New Mutants film, and this is hazy at best despite me having literally watched it, but I have this vague recollection of the film being delayed by about half a decade because the script was changed at the last possible minute to make it into a horror film - left so late that about two thirds of the footage in the final film was scavenged from the original cut

Honestly it's kinda a shame that literally every other X-team is done so dirty, like with the 1996 Generation X pilot that went nowhere, the New Mutants film that got butchered in editing, or even to a certain extent X-Force being nothing more than a joke in Deadpool 2. Like if they ever do Excalibur I hope they do it justice
